Sterling Silver Care - Our 925 Silver Pieces
All our sterling silver jewellery is genuine 925 hallmark silver, handcrafted in our Manchester workshop. Silver naturally tarnishes - it's a sign of authenticity, not damage. Clean your TrinketShack silver pieces with the polishing cloth included with your purchase, or bring them back to our studio for professional cleaning. We offer complimentary polishing for pieces purchased from us. Store in the anti-tarnish pouch provided, and remove before swimming or applying lotions.
Resin & Pressed Flower Jewellery Care
Our pressed flower resin pieces feature real British blooms preserved in UV-resistant resin. To maintain their beauty, avoid prolonged sun exposure and store away from heat. Clean gently with a soft cloth - never use harsh chemicals. The flowers are permanently sealed, but colours stay most vibrant when stored properly between wears. If your piece develops scratches, we can re-polish it in our Manchester studio.
Bespoke Commission Aftercare
Custom pieces you've commissioned from us come with specific care instructions based on materials and techniques used. Whether it's your wedding flower preservation piece or a custom gemstone ring, we're always available for questions about care and maintenance.
